Sleepsuits for a 8 months old with eczema???

I have trawled the shops and am struggling to find a sleepsuit for my 8m old. His eczema is not too bad on his baody and does not cause a problem but he scratches his head in his sleep so needs mits on his hands.
Does anyone know where sell these for 8m olds at a reasonable price??

ShinySarah, DD has some sleepsuits from John Lewis (their own brand stuff) that have those kind of sleeves with extensions that fit over the hands, IYSWIM, would that work? I'm sure they do them in all sizes up to a year at least. Maybe that would work?

What washing powder do you use? My ds had eczema too and we have been slaved to Fairy, until I tried M & S's own non bio. It's not scented at all and had been absolutely brilliant for his skin. It's on buy one get one free right now too, so I have stocked up

I have the same problem with my 8month old - kids 3-4 year old socks worn on her arms under an ordinary sleepsuit are quite effective. We still find we need to swaddle dd at night

Hooray for John Lewis! A, they have them at John Lewis with mitts attached!

BabyGap also have lovely sleepsuits with mitts for 6-12 months...but they're £9.50 each.

youngest ds was given one with mitts from Mothercare

ditto the socks. only thing we found that was anywhere near working with DS 21months, although still often ended up with friction burns from rubbing head so much. Eventually got specific scalp steroid lotion which cleared eczema (on head at least!) within days. Speak to your Gp aswell about getting eczema garments (tight fitting tubigrip type things) on prescription.
