Disturbed sleep patterns in 15 month old

I know this sounds similar to other problems on here but I wonder in anyone can help. My dd is 15 months old and has been sleeping through since she was about 12 months old. However, every so often she seems to go through phases where she cries and wakes up several times a night. For the last week or so it has been as bad as ever. The thing is, while she is genuinely crying and sounds quite distressed, she doesn't necessarily wake up so if I sleep in the room with her it is often enough just to shush her and she'll settle back to sleep - but only for an hour or so. Any ideas what's going on? I have thought tummy upset, nightmares (at 15 months?), teething - but not sure what I can do about any of those? Also, she is still in a grobag and when I'm putting her to bed she'll often complain that she's "stuck" because she can't turn over/kick etc. Is it time to ditch the grobag?

Anyone with similar experience or ideas?
