I have no idea, so thought I would ask for suggestions, what is the best thing I should put my lo for bedtime now it is starting to get warmer, I use a sleeping bag and currently use long sleepsuits, but what is the best thing for the baby to wear in the summer under sleeping bag for nighttime, any advice would be appreciated.

I used to put mine down in just a vest, but that was when it was really hot and mine used to kick off the covers!

Where is the best place to buy vests for baby, will need a large size now.

M&S shortie summer all-in-ones are nice!

poppy101 · 30/04/2005 19:33

Oh, so you mean just a short sleeve popper all in one ?

I always find that the Ladybird vests you can buy in Woolworths are actually the best, although you can get them in pretty much any department store I would have thought. How old is LO?

poppy101 · 30/04/2005 19:34

9 months now !

I use a short sleeved bodysuit (vest) when using the summer grobag in the warmer weather and can recommended Tesco ones and they are cheap

Agree short sleeve vests, can get upto 18-24 months in most places. I get ours from tesco or asda, cheap and cheerful!

Can't see the shortie all in ones on the M&S website - maybe they have stopped them?

I put DS in a long-sleeved vest atm and a 1.5 tog sleeping bag. As it gets hotter, he'll be in a short-sleeved vest and sleeping bag, but in the high summer last year he used to sleep in just a short-sleeved vest with no cover (he was two-three months old then - seems amazing to think it was that hot, but I know it was!).
