My DD is 7.5mths old. She is a nightmare at night and We have never had a full night.

She is a light sleeper (DH's fault) and when she wakes can take up to 2 hours to get back off. Quite often she will stir then roll onto her front then start screaming as she hasnt lernt that she is capable of rolling back. So we get up and put her on her back but then shes WIDE awake!

Do you think a sleep positioner would help? What age do they go up to?

A rolled up hand towel will do just as good a job. But this problem will go away very soon, put her on her front as often as possible during the day so she learns to get back onto her back.

my ds was like this for a while and we put him in a travel cot for a couple of weeks so that if he rolled up against the side of the cot he was able to push himself back over more easily.
