Hi everyone, have recently gone back to work, as a teacher, four days a week. DS is just 6 months today and DD is 3. Any other mums out there who have any tips on how to cope with the tiredness? Am so exhausted every morning when I get up at 6 I feel ill. Am still bfeeding and don't want to give up and am having to plan lessons etc in the evenings. Dh being fairly helpful (doing the shopping and making lunches) but I feel about 100 years old! Any advice gratefully received.

Can't suggest anything as I'm not in your boat yet but will be bobbing along (or sinking!) with you in about 2 month's time so will be lurking and seeing if anyone offers some advice.
I'm dreading balancing teaching and parenting a 6mo, I'm just glad that my year 11 classes will have gone by the time I go back so will have fewer lessons to plan. I intend to recycle, beg, borrow and steal as many resources as poss and cut as many corners as I can for a while.
What age/ subject do you teach? I'm sec english and will share if you are too!
