Bring her into bed with you and cuddle her. Or try not changing her nappy so that she's not so awake

Save a little bit of the milk. Wind her thoroughly and then let her fall asleep on the remaining milk.

Don't change her.

Hi.

Congratulations on your new baby.

While they are inside your tummy, they are rocked to sleep by your movements during the day, then they come awake at night when you are sleeping.

After they are born, they keep to this routine for a little while until they have adjusted to being awake during the day instead.

It is absolutely knackering, but try not to worry, you're not doing anything wrong, you are handling it perfectly and she will sort herself out.

Try to have a nap when she does during the day, and don't worry a jot about stuff like housework and ironing. Get sleep when you can for now.

If she doesn't actually need changing, don't bother - do as little as possible so as not to rouse her too much. Keep it quiet and as dark as you can. 2 weeks is too early to have worked out the difference between night and day - she'll get there in time.
