early waking due to extreme poo!

My one year old DD has always been an early-ish riser, but while I can cope with 6am starts, for the last two weeks she has been waking every morning on the dot of 5am having done a very large poo.
Before this started she would often wake early, but would usually resettle herself within a few minutes. But now we have to get her up to change her nappy, and then there is absolutely no way she will consider going back to sleep - until she crashes out with exhaustion at 9am. And we'd just dropped the morning nap!
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to move the time that a baby's bowels, er, move? Any suggestions extremely gratefully received x

I am sure over time this will change. It is very frustrating but as with everything with little ones they do things for a while and change again....

I am not sure if that is the answer you were looking for though!

Look up the chapter in GF's book about how to get them to poo to a routine

Nowt you can do, it will change.
