How can I help my friend

Her little boy is two and a half and she has not had more than a four hour stretch since he was born. She has gone to the docs, and health visitor and has tried controlled crying, a chair in the room, lying with him till he sleeps, having him with her etc etc. She literally has tried everything the hv said.
I was talking to her today and she was welling up just talking about it.
Is there anything I can say or some method she may not have heard of yet to try to help?

tell her to speak to the Millpond sleep clinic

also, has he been checked to ensure there is no underlying medical issue?

poor her - she must be knackered

Thank you for replying i will tell her about that clinic. She has been to the docs but they tend to fob her off, I don't think they realise that she literally gets no sleep.
