My dd (8,5 mnths) does not seem to be able to stay awake for longer than 2,5 hours and has 3 40min naps. She also wakes up at night for 2 houres at the time - partly becouse she is teething (2 came out, 2 visible but not through)- but maybe she sleeps too much in a day? We tried to lose 3rd nap but she was just falling asleep ealier (6.30 instead of 8)and waking up at 9- as if after nap- expecting food and play . What's the best rutine and how do we achieve it? Help
