Apart from knocking my lovely DD out or giving her medised what else can I do to get her to sleep through the night. She has always been a good sleeper until she was ill before Christmas, had a cough used to wake her up and was sick, that is over but she is still waking up in the night, which is fine but at the moment we are taking turns sleeping on the playroom sofa which is next door to her room. Due to the layout of our house and due to us running a B&B she is downstairs. I want to spend the night in trhe same bed as my husband which I have done since 28th December. It has now become a habit her waking as she is not ill and she doesn't wake crying.

time for star chart - for each night in bed she gets a star and at the end of the week a little treat?

If she isn't waking up crying, what is she doing? i can sometimes hear DS chatting to himself or shuffling about in bed, but unless i hear a full on wail i leave him to it

She wonders out to find us and we put her back to bed, will organise a star chart and thank you for your help.
