Napping during the day - where?

I'm really happy that my 11-week-old DS is finally getting into a bit of a routine, and settling to sleep really well in the evenings. I think it's helped that since I got a Moses basket, I've always put him to sleep in that during the day (in the living room), and when he goes into his cot in the evening (in our bedroom), then that's night time.

However, he's starting to fill the basket, and I'm wondering what to do once he outgrows it. Where can I put him to sleep during the day that won't spoilt the night associations he now has with his cot?

One of these?

comfy place to nap

I think it's fine at that age for them to take naps in their cot instead. He shouldn't get confused and go down for a night sleep during the day because he (presumably) is feeding more in the day than at night and will wake up after a couple of hours.

I found it less stressful than having to tip-toe round when they were downstairs!

I used to put DS1 on a (firm) beanbag once he outgrew his moses basket - although once his naps became very predictable (can't remember what age from though), he used to go in his cot and it never affected his night time sleep.
