ok my dd(2) is 13 month old and as present i put her down she cries then babbles then finally falls asleep. this can take anything from 10 mins upto an hour. I really dont like leaving her to more or less crying herself to sleep but dont know what else to do. dd1 was brilliant used to cuddle her put her down sit next to cot for a while then put music from monitor on (lullaby) and then leave the room she used to be asleep within 5-10mins. But dd2 wont be cuddled, shes always been the same you cant put her in your arms like a baby and cuddle her she just starts moaning and sits up. Ive tried sitting with her, reading to her, putting lullabys on but shes just stands up and cries her eyes out. Any ideas??? oh and she wont drink any milk anymore so no more getting her sleepy before bed with a bottle.
