I posted last week about DS sleeping badly at night. He is now sleeping better after a couple of nights of waking up every 1-2hrs and me getting my stubborn head on as he CAN'T have been hungry and managing to settle him back down. BUT sometimes he lies on his back thrashing around and grunting and can't seem to settle, so I have rolled him onto his tummy and he has slept for another 1-2hrs. I feel really bad for doing this, as if I 'm taking the easy option out to get some sleep and possibly doing something that could harm him, but he seems to sleep so much better. Does anyone else have a baby who sometimes sleeps on their fronts, and what if anything can I do to make it safer??
ALSO, he seems to sleep better on his back when swaddled, but is in a gro-bag at night. Will he get too hot if I swaddle his arms in a very light blanket on top of a 2.5tog gro-bag??
