My dd has been recently waking mostly around 6.30am to get up. Sometimes if she sleeps at certain times during the day she may sleep til 7am. NEVER later.

Then this morning she woke up at 8am! Nothing has changed as far as I can tell and although I am pleased I am sure it won't last and I have no idea why it happened!

I wish it could make just a little sense! Babies seem to go out of their way to defy logic.

you said it yourself weesaidie...

'Babies seem to go out of their way to defy logic'

dd (3) never slept through and generally woke up at least twice a nicht. Then ds (6.5m) came along and she started sleeping through despite crying baby!
O.k. now both of them wake up once a night, but I'm not expecting miracles

Saying that the other day dd fell asleep at 1600 and slept through except for a quick bottle of milk at 2300

they are strange and mysterious creatures!

Just think in 10 years time (or there abouts) we won't be able to get them out of their beds for love nor money!
