Sleeping bag question

I've just bought a 2.5 tog sleeping bag and am wondering what my DD should be wearing with that in this weather? will a terry towelling babygrow be enough or should she have a vest on underneath?

it depends on the room temperature as to the clothing she should wear. The Bumpto3 website gives a rough guide as to what to wear with what tog and what temperature
