DS has just started school. Over the summer we were quite relaxed about bed times going to bed around 830-9 waking 7.30-8. This week I have put him to bed around 8 and he is waking up at 6. This morning it was 545. I just can't believe he is getting enoough sleep for school on this schedule. He finishes at one until xmas, yesterday we just chilled out at home in the afternoon I am wondering if he needs some more physical activity after school.
