help! as the title says really. but dd used to self settle really well and wake 1-2 times a night for BF.

The last few days have been a nightmare. DD didnt end up in bed till 10.30pm an dthen woke every 30mins or so until I eventually brought her into our bed in the early hours. i dont like doing this as our bed isnt very big and I end up with back ache etc as I dont have enough space.

She is still awake now, on my lap and is soooo tired. She wont play or anything as she is too tired, but as soon as I even try and put her in her cot, she SCREAMS the place down, sounds like I am trying to kill her!! Got knows what next door must think!

I am Nannying all week (take DD with me) from 7am all day, so need some sleep the night before! its hard enough as it is, and if DD doesnt get to bed soon, she is not going to be happy when I have to wake her to leave in the morning!

Any ideas??

Forgot to say, she is 7 months old...I dont think it is a growth spurt as she isnt feedding any more than usuall.

And yes she is teething, but last night had calpol, teething powder and teething gel and no change, so I dont think this is what it is. Also, she is screaming before i have even put her down in there!

My dd did this for a week or two. it was like she suddenly cottoned on to the fact we were going to put her to bed and decided to protest about it!
She's fine now though (almost 8mo)
