My DS is 9 months and has never been a good sleeper - at the moment he wakes 3/4 times a night (I BF back to sleep). He has always been able to self settle but over the last week since he can pull himself up bedtime is turning into a battle so I am looking for a way to nip this in the bud and also hopefully reduce the night wakings (espcially as I am back at work next week!) so would gradual withdrawl work for me and if so what do I do?
