Sleep Profile

Quite fascinating. You can have a go at the profiles/tests.

Apparantly adults get on average a little over 7 hours sleep a night. What about you?

Just done my sleep profile and : Your sleep is very well optimised, scoring 85 %. But I need to reduce stress - as if I hadn't realised that!

53%. Apparently I want more sleep than I need. Ain't that the truth.

Lucycat · 02/02/2005 20:33

Got 89% - incredible - then again I do fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow! and I have no choice about waking up at the samt time EVERY morning with 2 DD's prancing around pretending to be princesses

Anyone play the sheep game - shooting the sheep with a tranquiliser dart when they makke a dash for it?

Slinky · 02/02/2005 20:47

My sleep is "fairly well-optimised" with 69%.

I scored both 95% on the "Face Memory Game".

Hulababy · 02/02/2005 20:51

On the face memory I got 87%, 80%

I'm a "Bobbing Bobcat" on the sheep game!

MistressMary · 02/02/2005 20:56

aparently my work hours don't suit my natural rhythm. 72

Wow no sh*t sherlock!

highlander · 02/02/2005 23:41

ooh, I got 77%. I have to address the temperature of the room and why my partner is waking me. That'll be his bloody snoring then ........ which he refuses to see his GP about

Gwenick · 02/02/2005 23:51

OMG I got 44% !! I'm an Owl

"You are built to be at your best later in the day. Surprisingly, it also means your body clock is more flexible than people with standard or lark-like body clocks."

My 'work' hours don't suit my natural ryhthm - funny that having kids and liking to sleep late LMAO

marthamoo · 03/02/2005 07:26

Your sleep is fairly well optimised, scoring 61%.

You said you sometimes have a problem with sleep though you are not very sleepy during the day [my bold text!], which means your body is probably getting the sleep it needs.

You're an "owl" (i.e. best in the evening) but you have to get up early - a difficult combination.

I am so not getting the sleep I need, and I am mostly knackered during the day - 5am start yesterday and today! "Difficult combination" - no sh*t, Sherlock
