Advice for a 9-month-old starting to wake earlier each morning

Hi, my 9 month old baby was sleeping 8:30/9pm until 7:30-8am, she has then started waking up at 7am for a few days and it’s now been 6:30am for a few days. I can’t understand why, she is waking up and still tired but whatever I do to get her back to sleep doesn’t work. I try and resettle her for around 30 minutes and then give up and go downstairs, I don’t think hunger is the issue as she’s only having around 6oz of her 8oz bottle and she’s then wanting a nap within an hour of waking up. Chat GPT advises me to actually put her to bed earlier rather than later to get her to sleep later in the morning, this seems a bit backwards to me but wanted to see if anyone else on here has any advice? She naps for around 2.5 hours during the day. Thanks in advance

She doesn’t need so much sleep. Their sleep needs are always reducing. I’d cut her naps shorter thats a lot for that age. 10-11 hours overnight is average.
