Hi all, my nearly 9 month old has never slept long periods and doesn’t seem to be able to link sleep cycles. She’s breast fed and we do-sleep and she will usually wake around 6 times a night for a feed or what to use my boobs as a dummy I think 🤦🏼. I had wanted to get her into more of a routine by now and improve our sleep but it just hasn’t happened and she has older siblings so it’s been parked over the summer holidays (and I’ve also tended to out her on the boob as soon as she wakes so as not to disturb them in the night for an easier life) but I’m desperate for longer chunks of sleep and really want to work on her going longer at night and during nap time before I go back to work in a few months. I’d really welcome any advice! Is the only way to improve things to stop feeding to sleep? A friend of a friend really rated a chiropractor to improve her much younger baby’s sleep and I’d book an appointment if I felt it would help but I don’t know enough about it. Thanks so much.
