Help with schedule and split nights (12m)

Wise mums of mumsnet,
I have posted before regarding sleep of my oldest DS previously, but not yet my youngest DS, as thankfully he's been a much better sleep! He turns 1 on Sunday so I do count myself lucky we have had a good run so far.

Until now. The last few nights we seem to be having 'split nights' as in he is up for 2-3 hours. I'm starting to suspect he is becoming lower sleep needs (like his brother) so I started him on one nap the past couple of days but he can't seem to sustain the wake windows for it. He's desperate for a nap after a couple of hours after waking so there isno time for lunch and it feels too late after he's woken up after a couple of hours.

I have taken a screenshot of the sleep recently below. What would you suggest nap/feeding/schedule wise? Carry on two naps or try persevere with one (which I don't love)?

I can’t really understand that screenshot but I’d do 2 naps but keep one really short, as short as 15 mins. We found that helped bridge that time where mine couldn’t cope with the wake windows for 1 nap, but 2 proper naps was too much. We did short nap in car or buggy in the morning, then longer after lunch (about 1 hour). I’d keep day sleep below 2 hours total. And get him up by a set time each morning, although it’s really hard, letting him lie in after a split night won’t help.

I agree, short buggy nap in the morning to carry through til after lunch.
2 hour max day time sleep and I would expect a 10 hour night time sleep - so if you want him awake after 6am in the morning I wouldn't put him to bed until 8pm.
