Up in the night on holiday, any tips for falling asleep?

It's half 3, kids are asleep, and I just can't nod off. I'm on holiday, need to be up early for plans but I just can't sleep! What do you do to help you fall asleep? (I would usually listen to something but I can't just now).

I know you’re not meant to but I go on my phone. Makes me fall asleep very quickly. If I lie awake counting sheep or whatever it doesn’t work.

Headphones and podcasts. For some reason The Archers Omnibus works like a charm for me!

don't stress
even if you just rest in bed you will feel ok.
so lie down, listen to podcasts (sleeping forecast is great)
