11 month old waking at 4am and fighting naps and bedtime

My 11 month old used to sleep really well but the last 2 weeks he is waking up like clock work at 4am.

He has 2 naps in the day (9am -10am) & (14:00-15:30) when he was waking up at 06:00/06:30 everything was fine we could nap him but since the 4am wake ups he fights both his naps and we spend more time trying to get him to nap then him staying down. We have tried going through the day with 1 nap (12:00-14:00) but he still fights his nap and he still wakes up at 4am.

His bedtime is 19:30 and he is so tired but again fights it for half hour then is out like a light.

He has black out blinds, he is feed & watered throughout the day and im struggling what else to do but I can't keep starting my day at 4am

If anyone has any suggestions or help I would really appreciate it

We went through this with DC around the 1 year mark and it lasted for about 2 months. We decided to stop starting our day early and even if he was awake he stayed in his cot in his room till it was 6am. I’m not one for crying it out so we got an air mattress and one of us went into him. Some mornings he did fall back asleep some mornings he didn’t and he had chats with his fluffy. Eventually he started sleeping through again and now doesn’t wake before 6.

what about using pram or car for the naps? Always works much quicker for mine. I’d say 2.5 hours is a lot of day sleep anyway so probably needs less
