8 month old waking at 4am after moving to own room

Hi

My 8 month old DS who has transitioned to his room a couple of weeks ago, keeps waking up at 4am daily and in order to get him back to sleep he has to be held and rocked etc and even then he may only sleep for another hour or so.

I dont know how to fix this, I’d really like it if he slept until 6am ideally. I don’t feel there is much wrong with his schedule currently which is -

first nap - 8.45/9am for around 1hr - 1hr 15
second nap - 1.30-2.30pm so 1hr
bedtime is - 6.30pm

he naps pretty well most the time and at night he may wake once or twice but normally just for his dummy back. We put him down drowsy but awake and he seems to accept this and drift off to sleep majority of the time.

he eats well in the day and he is not waking to be fed as like I say he does go back to sleep in our arms.

i feel like it’s becoming a habit now and I need to find a way to solve it.

is this a phase to ride out or does anyone have experience like this and any suggestions?

I was thinking of pushing his bedtime to 7pm but his wake window is already 4 hours from his last nap and I don’t want him to become overtired.

thanks!

It is probably a bit phase. Can you make sure they are well fed before bed in case early wake up is due to hunger?
