18 month regression - Advice? Reassurance?

My little girl is 17 months on the 10th, and for the last almost 2 weeks her sleep has been absolutely horrendous! We're assuming this is due to her having the 18 month sleep regression early.

She's never been the best sleeper by any means, but currently she wakes up immediately when you leave the room and gets very upset... For both her day nap (which she now often doesn't have because she won't settle after waking!) and her nighttime wakeups!

I just need any advice and/or reassurance... It feels never ending and definitely the most difficult regression so far x

I'd give her nurofen half an hour before bed. Big molars come in around now and the pain always seems worse at night. If it helps then great. If not then you've tried.
