I have googled this but nothing works. When you wake up at 3am how do you get back to sleep? I would pay good money for a solution- I am permanently exhausted.

It’s awful isn’t it. I use The Wonder Patch sleep patches and use my Snoozeband with playlists or ready made sleep playlists. BBC sounds has The Sleeping Forecasts.
I’ve also just started using a Magnesium spray.

Relax all your muscles,
one by one. Start with your toes and work up to your head. I often fall asleep before I get to my head.

Try taking a magnesium supplement or eating a banana an hour before bed
