How to stop pregnancy snoring?

This seems to be quite an issue with me this time around- DH is spending many nights on the sofa which isn't great for him or the sofa! He tried a snoozeband but says he still hears the snoring.
I think i need something to stop me snoring but needs to be safe for pregnancy.

I don’t think you can stop it to be honest. I was so bad at one stage I woke myself up . I had to spend some time in hospital on an antenatal ward and there was a lot of bad snorers.

Hah now you mention it i can remember some really bad snorers on the Maternity ward aswell!
I didn't have it so bad with my first two! But guess i'm older and heavier now which probably doesn't help.

No always on side, I have a pregnancy pillow to help stay in position and give support.
