Partner and I have a baby that sleeps a dream. We are very lucky. After months of bad sleep we have turned a corner through gentle training etc.
my problem is not the baby but my partner..

if he’s not fussing getting into bed. He’s twisting turning sighing couching sneezing farting and snoring….
i don’t remember it being this bad before I had the baby. Maybe I’m sleeping lighter? But I’m loosing my mind…

we don’t have a spare room at present. And I have brought myself to the sofa a few times which results in the worst back pain.

what do I do? Most of these things he can’t control due to being asleep? How can I sleep deeper… I’m exhausted.

i use earplugs to cancel out some noise but enough that I can still hear our baby. I do the night settle should the baby be disturbed which isn’t often thankfully but when it’s just me in the room baby sleeps sounder for sure

Send him to the sofa? Or get a mattress on the floor of the baby's room and sleep there?
