SOS- lower trapped gas at night

Would love some advice please! My baby just turned 3 months, and is EBF. We’ve had many issues with feeding, including two tongue tie releases for a thick posterior tongue tie (that has reattached again!), so there are still latch issues. Baby’s digestion isn’t much of an issue during the day- can burp successfully and baby farts and poops normally.
In the last month, 3 hours or so after his first stretch of sleep he will groan loudly, cry, and bash around in his sleep and I’ve just realised in the last few nights that it is lower trapped wind (I noticed it stopped when I took him out, woke him, and did some stretches resulting in farts). I’ve been trying this the last few nights since but it wasn’t worked as well. I do keep him upright after his last feed before sleep too.

he’s already on biogaia probiotics, but I’m wondering if I should use some gas relief drops in the PM? Does anyone have any advice please.
only thing that stops him from making noise during the second half of the night is holding him/chest sleeping - but he’s a bit big for chest sleeping now! Thanks in advance

When did he start the probiotics? Every time I’ve tried taking probiotic supplements I’ve suffered with stomach pain and bloating.

Baby gym stuff when he wakes to work it through.

Edited to add can you slow his feeds down at all? Difficult when he's breast fed I know. It may be related to the tongue tie.
