One year old that hardly sleeps

My one year old has never slept through shes up multiple times a night it’s like she’s never in a deep sleep she tosses and turns all night, she doesn't sleep good thought the day aether sometimes just 20 minutes has anyone else got a baby like this any tips?

Many babies are like this at a year. Mine didn't sleep through the night until 15 months for one and 18 months for the other. And then it wasn't every night. Just takes time.

Mine is 4 years and I’m still waiting…

What's bedtime routine like?
What's daytime mood and routine like?

Need to know more; are they just active at night, eg not crying or needing you a lot? Are they closer to 12 or 24 months? Mine is 16 months and often only has 30 mins nap a day, that’s all she needs. If they’re just active in their sleep; I don’t see the issue? Unless they are struggling with tiredness through the day.
