Baby routine 12 weeks

Hi all, my baby is 12 weeks. She is EBF and we safely Co-sleep. Until now we haven’t been in any kind of routine as she has older siblings and we’ve just been going with the flow, doing naps in the sling, pram, on me etc but I feel like we probably need to start to put more of a routine in place, get her sleeping in her crib more etc. despite having older children I have forgotten how we did it last time and would really appreciate any advice. Should I start with focusing on the daytime naps or her bedtime? Until now she has been going to bed when I do around 9pm but I guess she probably needs to start going to bed earlier around 7/7:30pm. She is a very attached baby and clingy which I love but I’m wondering if I should start practicing putting her down in her crib for short periods and then going and reassuring her if/when she gets unsettled until she’s more used to it. Would love any advice. Thank you!

I found wake windows really helpful to structure the day

I don't think she needs to go to bed that early. if she sleeps well at night, I don't see why you need to change anything. Just do what works! Wake windows have no scientific basis, and can cause more stress in my experience. Majority of babies won't follow the 'recommended' wake windows.
