can you share how the last 24 hours went. And how many hours sleep you yourself managed to get and the age of your baby. Mine is 7 weeks

At 7 weeks there was no schedule whatsoever with my baby, and I would say that’s very normal. We just had to wait and see what she did that day or night. I would go out to expensive baby classes from 8 weeks old and that would be exactly when she would decide to fall asleep for a nap finally, of course!

From about 12 weeks things started to become a little more predictable, and she actually started taking regular naps and we started to try to put her down to sleep at a set time, around 7pm. Emphasis on the word “try” since some nights would go better than others.

My baby is 7 months now and I have found her sleep patterns are just constantly evolving. Nap schedules gradually move, for example she adapted from 4 naps a day to 3 at around 6 months. Nighttime sleep still pretty erratic and we started co-sleeping a lot from around 5.5 months so that I could get more sleep. We never co-slept prior to this as she was a lot more willing to settle in her next to me when she was a tiny baby.
