10 1/2 month old morning nap seems to be moving from 9:30/10 to 11ish but today he refused to sleep at all and therefore by 12:30 became a crying wreck esp after left him to cry in his bed

he got all worked up and went into a tantrum

do one year olds shift their nap and how???

totally cluess

aqlso why does lo have black circles under eyes AFTER he naps/sleeps??

I think by 1yr dd was having one nap at lunchtime (12ish) with a very early lunch. but I could be wrong, she's not even 2 yet and it seems to long ago but I'm bumping for you at least....

Seem to remember going through a stage of having ot get dd to nap by 11.30 or feed her and nap soon after. Nightmare for fitting in outings but it didn't last long, then it became a more of a regular post lunchtime. With ds we'd go out for about 9.30 and he'd often nod off on our way back 11/12.
