Hi everyone. I have a 17 month old daughter who has slept relatively well throughout. She goes down for her naps well and goes down at night time fine too. However recently she will wake after been sleeping about 3/4 hours crying and when me or my husband goes in to settle her again she WILL not settled unless we lift her out and sit with her in the chair, she falls back asleep instantly but the issue then is when we put her back into her cot she is up crying again withing seconds. This can go on for hours which as you can imagine is so hard after 6 plus times of taking her in and out of cot. In the end sometimes we give in and put her in beside us which we don't want to do but sometimes when you're that exhausted needs must. I'm also almost 5 months pregnant with twins so I'm exhausted. Anyone any tips or advice? Will this pass?
Her routine is wake roughly 7.30/8, nap around 12.30/1-2 ish. Bedtime around 7.30/8.

How long is her nap? I’d do later bedtime or wake her earlier, expecting 12 hours overnight is unrealistic whilst she’s still having a nap. Also get a floor bed, it’s so much easier than a cot
