Hi all , looking for some advice - my daughter is 21 months and has always been a relatively good sleeper but the last few weeks she will not settle on her own at all. She’s always gone down at 8 and never been a issue but now she will just cry/scream , I’ve tried lying next to her in the cot but she will just scream an scream , the only time she will settle is if I put her in with me which I have done just so we can all have some sleep but this is not ideal for long term
any help please
