Baby monitor for parent with hearing loss

This is probably very specific but posting on the off chance someone can help, currently expecting DC2.

Im looking for a baby monitor to use at night and in the day that can notify me that baby is moving/crying without relying on being able to hear the sound as I have hearing loss. Ideally something that is compatible with either a Fitbit or apple watch.

I used a normal monitor with DD1 but found when she was down for a nap I spent most of the time watching the monitor as I was worried Id miss the sound

I've looked at the owlet but there isn't an apple watch app only iPhone and reviews are mixed as to if you can receive notification on the watch?

We have a ring door bell, but again I'm not sure if this can be linked up to a wearable device either?

There are baby monitors recommended by hearing loss charities but these are more suited to just using at night with a large vibrating pad to put under your pillow so not great for in the day.

Any suggestions welcome

I'm not sure it's a full solution but as a starter - the basic BT monitor we used had a light band on the top of it, that would light green (babbling, little bit of noise) or red for crying.
