Hi I have chronic insomnia and there are numerous ads on fb for these pulsing sleep aids. Do they work? In theory they could as the solar plexus (reflexology) is situated in the middle of palm, and if it gently pulses it might work. As it’s quite an expensive item would love to know how good they are.
