3.5m sleep- help!

Looking for a glimmer of hope after another sleepless night 🫠

My 3.5m old was always a great sleeper from birth and we got into a routine up until a few weeks ago where she was only waking once in the night after her last feed when I went to bed.

The last few weeks however, she is up maybe 3-5 times a night after midnight. I am feeding her back to sleep every time but by 6am I am so exhausted that I haven’t got the energy to settle her down any more.

I guess my questions are- is this normal? When did this end for you? Am I causing myself an issue by feeding her back to sleep?!

We use a dummy in the day when needed but I’m avoiding using it at night as I don’t need another problem of it falling out and me having to put it back in 100 times a night.

Any ideas of worse of encouragement welcomed!!
