9 month old kicking off with sleep

I'm looking for some advice or reassurance!
My little one is 9.5 months and although she has always been a terrible napper just recently all her sleep and even her personality has changed. She's waking up screaming through the night which I thought was pain like teething but now I'm not sure. When rocking her for a nap she screams, hits, nips for like 30minutes. Surely this behaviour isn't normal at 9 months!
I don't know what to do, my mum friends all have baby's who nap so easily and I'm so envious and it's worrying me that something's wrong. She's always had to be held to nap and needs encouragement to sleep or she is super grumpy but this is next level. I want my happy back!
Any advice on how I can help her?

Maybe over tired/not tired enough? What are the wake windows?

@Sk1sk0 she tends to do about 3 hours in the morning then an hour's nap and then 4 hours awake an hours nap in the afternoon then 4 hours until bed. In a perfect world 😂 when she's not fighting everything, this is what she did before and it worked well.

I would take each day as it comes and see where you are this time next month. Babies have unexplained weird sleep changes in my experience. Very stressful I agree.
