Transition out of a swaddle!

Help. My LO has just turned 7 months old and still relies on a swaddle for sleep (don't bash me). They have eczema, it was at its worst between 2-5 months and would not stop itching and rubbing, swaddling was the only way they could stop. They had to wear scratch mittens 24/7 and because of this and the swaddling, their development is a little behind. The eczema has settled slightly, no where near as intense but now we need to transition them out of it. They haven’t fully rolled yet but it wont be long until they are. What is your best advice on how to transition them out of a swaddle, very anxious mum here. Thank you.

Take one arm out of the swaddle at a time until they are used to it.
