Are they worth it? I’ve finally just bought myself a memory foam topper after years of being uncomfortable on an expensive mattress that turned out to be awful.

I'm hoping tonight I can finally have a great night’s sleep.

Yes, I have a mattress and the top part is memory foam but I still have a mattress topper on it. Also it protects your mattress too.

Sod it, I’m in bed now with the topper (and lovely new cotton bedding) and wondering why the hell I didn’t buy one 5 years ago. Reminder to self: this shit is very important!

The Luff mattress toppers are even better than the Dunelm ones. The dunelm are good in the winter but sweaty in the summer. I had one a couple of years ago, but changed it to Luff last summer and its so good. You are right to prioritise sleep!
