20 month old nap difficulties

My 20 month old has become very nap resistant in the past two weeks. She has gone from napping for 1-2 hours in her cot to 20-30 mins, sometimes not at all.
She is tired and cross throughout the afternoon. She sleeps well throughout the night. I put her down at about 7.15/7.30. She wakes at 7.20am most mornings (not sure why it's always this specific time but 7.20 it is!) then I was putting her down for a nap somewhere between 12-1. I'm still trying these timings, but it's just a bit of a disaster at the moment. Sometimes she's not napping at all.

She's napping for similar lengths of time at her childminders and all the other children (mostly older than her) go for 1-2 hours. I was breastfeeding her to sleep and putting her down when she'd stay asleep and carry on for two sleep cycles but now she wakes as soon as I put her down and howls to high heaven and is inconsolable. At night she goes down fine - touch wood - I don't feed her to sleep (obviously I wasn't doing that at the childminders - feeding her to sleep I mean - she was going down ok for them without this routine but I can't do that at home even though she's ok with this at bedtime). She's tired, I'm tired, is there anything I can do?

I'd be grateful for your thoughts or experiences of similar. She seems very young to be dropping her naps - I don't think she's ready to drop them yet as she is so very tired in the afternoons...is there anything I can do to help her through this little blip?

My boy was still napping for two hours at 3.5yo, my girl had dropped her nap completely by 18 months (much to my absolute horror). We brought bedtime forward to compensate.
