Baby pillows?

DD is 11 months and only recently started rolling over, so now when she goes to bed she seems to crawl around in her cot then literall crash out so she usually ends up in uncomfortable looking positions on her front. I'm just wondering if she would appreciate a pillow to snuggle in to? Is there a pillow suitable for an older baby? Or is this a really bad idea?

Both my DDs had pillows from approx 12 months, although I have no idea what the guidelines are (or if there are any), they just seemed to like it and would snuggle into my pillow when I brought them into my bed in the morning for their milk. I didn't buy a specific baby pillow, just got standard down / feather pillows, but chose ones that were quite thin and soft.

the 'official' age for a pillow is 1 but ds had a goi goi pillow in his cot from a few weeks old (helps prevent flattening of the head). I now use a cot pillow I got from tkmaxx for about £7.

Thanks, I might look into getting one.
