Wanting to take melatonin for sleep but on hrt

Anyone taken melatonin in combo with hrt and survived the night 🤣

Trying to buy it online and if you’re on hrt you cannot buy it.

Are you taking progesterone tablets? I had these with my hrt it was supposed to promote better sleep

Yeah I’m on the oestrogel and progesterone but I’m
struggling with sleep so want to order melatonin.

I take progesterone in the evening (and estrogel in the morning) and the GP has just prescribed me 2mg Melatonin so am assuming it's safe!

I asked my hrt specialist about taking melatonin and she wouldn’t combine them but said that if I wasn’t sleeping we hadn’t got my oestrogen levels right.
