19 month old no longer settles in cot

Could really do with some advice as I’m going a little crazy.
I have a 19 month old - 18 months corrected as he was a premmie.
Up until about a month ago he was sleeping really well, would wake once in the night but have a bottle and go back to sleep.
However, for the last month, he has been an absolute nightmare to get to go to sleep. He’ll sleep in his cot until the early hours & then wake up screaming, I try and give him a bottle but he will refuse it and continue to cry until I take him into my room. At this point he’ll take the bottle happily and go straight back to sleep in my bed but will not go back into his cot.
I’ve tried a few different ways to get him into his cot but he is just having none of it.
I’m not sure if he’s at an age where he’s worked out what to do to get in bed with me or if something else is going on.
I’m a single parent and he’ll only settle with me as well. My partner has tried, my parents have tried but he will just keep crying and gets very clingy.
But if he goes for a sleepover at Nannie’s he sleeps through the night.

I’ve tried settling him and putting him back in his cot but he wakes straight up screaming, I’ve tried soothing him in his cot when he wakes and that doesn’t work

Any advice is greatly appreciated😫
