Garmin index sleep tracker

Has anyone, especially fellow insomniacs, tried the Garmin Index sleep tracker that you wear on your arm?
I’d like to go back to Garmin instead of Fitbit, but when I tried the Garmin Vivosmart it thought I was asleep when I was awake in bed for hours in the night which was infuriating. The Fitbit can tell the difference accurately, but annoys me in other ways!
It would be good to know if Garmin have resolved this?

Hi @sleepeasieI know this is an old post, but I’ve just seen it. I’ve had exactly the same problem. I don’t sleep well and sometimes my Garmin says I’m asleep for hours which is infuriating.. I would like a more accurate sleep tracker, if anyone knows of one?

Fitbit Charge 6 in sensitive mode gets it right for me. It just reports weirdly if you are awake for a long spell over midnight by adding half the sleep to the wrong day.
