7.5 month old dropping to one nap?

Baby is 7.5 months and is the worst napper imaginable. It's a mission to get her to sleep and when she does sleep she naps about 20/30 mins.
Her night sleep used to be good but lately it's variable and sometimes she's up 4-5am ready to start the day.
cot naps , contact naps, pram naps, car naps, they all are a challenge.
i try and catch her when she's tired enough but she usually resists. It takes multiple attempts to get her to sleep. Tried the approach of not trying to get her to sleep at all and she stays awake 10/11 hours.
The past couple of days I've not been able to get her to nap till midday and she's napped 45 mins/1 hour. Yesterday she fell asleep for 20 mins at 5pm in the car and then didn't go to sleep till 10pm bed time.
Im waffling but is it time for one nap? It seems mega early.
she's never napped well so it's nothing new. She also usually fights bed time and that can take up to 2 hours.

What happens if you just don't fight it at all and if she's up 10/11 hours she's up?
I say this as someone who had a child that hardly napped and life was lovely when I gave up 😅

@Rowen32 She gets very tired and cranky. I think it must be teething. She's cutting her sixth tooth already. Also crawling everywhere
