Baby takes 45 mins to get to sleep

Just wondering does anyone know if this is a problem and if there's anything we can do... we are putting our 9month old baby down to bed when he's tired. We do a bed time routine, it's short but is the same every night. When he gets to his room, he wakes right up and he sits in his cot for around 45 minutes before going to sleep. He doesn't cry or need attention, he just kinda plays and chats and rolls around.

That's not a problem at all. It's natural.

I bed shared and exclusively breast fed and it could take hours of me laying next to them before going to sleep. If anything 45 minutes is extremely quick.

Thank you for the reassurance 🙏
