Night sleep wear help in the heat!

Hi I have a 9 month old and I’m struggling with what to sleep her in at night in this heat. It’s 27/27.5 degrees in her room. Her room is also very small so if I leave a fan in it feels a little cold but too hot if it’s not on. My dilemma is that she falls asleep quicker and seems comfy in a strappy vest and 0.5 sleep bag but is slightly hot but if she just has the 0.5 sleep bag on she feels slightly cold and I think it’s why she is waking. She won’t sleep without a sleep bag even in 31 degree heat! What should I do? I don’t want her to overheat but I don’t want her to be cold.

Also I haven’t slept her with the best and bag as I get worried and then end up taking it off but then after a few hours she wakes up.

In this heat just leave her in a vest and no sleeping bag. Also, keep her bedroom blinds and curtains closed during the day. Don't worry about her being cold. She won't be.
